Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, deboned
    1 chopped onion
    1 small can chopped chili peppers
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    tortillas
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken and debone.
    Saute onions; add to softened cream cheese
    and
    4
    ounce
    sour cream.\tAdd pepper.
    Mix all together. Put
    3
    tablespoons mixture on flour tortilla; roll up.
    Place in baking
    dish.
    Mix
    4
    ounces
    sour cream and 4 ounces
    chicken broth together.
    Pour over enchiladas.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and a few chili peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve with nacho chips and salsa.
