Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced celery
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    4 eggs, beaten
    salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until tender and lightly browned. Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cracker crumbs for top.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with reserved 1/2 cup cracker crumbs and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
