Melt In Your Mouth Venison Tenderloin Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. venison tenderloins
    1 1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
    Crisco oil
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut slightly frozen fillets in 1/4-inch slices. Lightly pound fillets.
    Dust with seasoned flour.
    Melt equal parts of butter and oil in fry pan, enough to generously cover the bottom of pan. When oil is hot, add fillets and cook about 1 minute on each side. Repeat cooking steps until all the meat is cooked.
