Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
2 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pkg. milk chocolate chips
Preparation

In large glass bowl, thoroughly combine milk and sugar. Microwave on High 7 to 8 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes.
Add butter, vanilla, walnuts and chips to hot mixture.
Stir until completely blended.
Pour into buttered 3-quart dish.
Refrigerate until firm.
Makes 2 pounds.
