Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    2 large cans mushrooms
    onions
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice (orange box)
    3 cans beef consomme
    1/4 tsp. cumin (spice)
Preparation
    In a large skillet put the oleo, mushrooms and onions.
    Saute until oil is melted good over the onions and mushrooms.
    In an oblong cake pan, put the rice, consomme and cumin.
    Pour oleo mixture in with rice mixture. Stir real good.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Stir one time while baking.
