Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drain
    1 can (16 oz.) cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 stick margarine or substitute
    1/4 c. Butter Buds liquid
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Spray a 2-quart square casserole dish with Pam.
    Pour in mixture. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 9 squares at 166 calories each.
    Using Butter Buds saves 40 calories per serving.
