Hot Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans clams (undrained)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 cloves crushed garlic
cayenne pepper
4 to 5 dashes Tabasco
1 c. flavored breadcrumbs
1 stick butter
oregano and parsley
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Saute garlic in butter.
Add clams with lemon juice.
Add all spices; saute one minute.
Add breadcrumbs.
Remove from heat. Put into casserole dish.
Cover with strips of Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake until bubbly.
