Lillian'S Sweet Potatoes And Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium sweet potatoes
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 can crushed pineapple
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel and boil whole sweet potatoes until done; drain and dip in drained pineapple juice.
    Roll in crushed corn flakes and place in baking pan.
    Cover potatoes with crushed pineapple and top with maraschino cherries.
    Bake approximately 10 to 12 minutes until potatoes and pineapple are thoroughly heated.
