Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. rice
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 tube Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Put water in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; add salt, 1 tablespoon margarine and rice.
    Cover pan; reduce heat to medium. Cook for 20 minutes.
    In the meantime, cook the fresh or frozen broccoli.
    Drain the water chestnuts and crush the Ritz crackers. When rice is done, add to broccoli along with water chestnuts and Cheez Whiz.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with the Ritz crackers mixed with melted 1/2 stick margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly about 20 minutes.
