Delicious Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless pork loin (approximately 2 to 3 lb.)
    1 box pitted prunes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash pork loin.
    With long, sharp, pointed knife, cut an opening through the center lengthwise.
    Stuff with prunes.
    Season to taste.
