Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil elbows, drain.
    In medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in flour and salt.
    Blend milk; cook, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
    Add 1 1/2 cup cheese; stir until melted.
