Valentine (Red Velvet) Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 (1 oz.) bottles red food coloring
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cocoa powder
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; fill 2 (9-inch) round pans.
