Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. dry yeast
    5 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 Tbsp. warm water
    5 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, soda and sugar.
    Cut in fat.\tAdd buttermilk and yeast
    mixture.
    Knead lightly.
    Roll out on lightly floured board 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter.
    Place on greased pans. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
