Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large scallions
1 or 2 cans tomatoes
1 large head cabbage
1 or 2 green peppers
1 bunch celery
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley, bouillon and hot sauce (if desired)
Preparation

Cut vegetables in small to medium pieces.
Mix everything in a large saucepan.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil for 10 minutes, reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer until veggies are tender.
