Egg Salad Triangles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento stuffed olives
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. salad dressing
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    5 slices white bread
    sliced pimento stuffed olives (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, olives and green onions; stir in salad dressing and mustard.
    Spread each slice of bread with about 1/4 cup of egg mixture.
    Cut each slice of bread diagonally into quarters.
    If desired, garnish each with slice of olive.
    Makes 20 sandwiches.
