Ingredients

1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. flour
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, nuts and flour together in a large bowl.
Stir in melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Remove 1 cup to be used as topping.
Place remainder in 8 x 8-inch pan and press firmly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until smooth with sugar.
Beat in egg, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Pour this onto baked crust and top with reserved mix.
Return to 350\u00b0 oven and bake 25 minutes.
Cool.
