Alan Dimisko'S Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans minced clams with juice
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Ricotta cheese
Preparation

Put the clams and lemon juice in frying pan at medium heat for 15 minutes.
While that is cooking, in another pan, cook onion, garlic, green pepper, butter, parsley and spices until onions and green pepper are cooked.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the cheese.
Put everything in a baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes; serve with crackers.
