Pittsburg Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, grated
    1 stick sharp cheese
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease casserole.
    Cook the potatoes; cool and peel.
    Grate on large side of grater.
    Grate onion and cheese.
    Mix potatoes, onion, cheese and melted margarine.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake for 1/2 hour.
