Pork Green Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork, cut in cubes
1 (4 oz.) can diced jalapeno chillies
2 cans (28 oz.) peeled tomatoes
2 cans (16 oz.) pinto beans in plain sauce, rinsed
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin seed
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown pork over
medium
heat,\tadding\tgarlic salt and white pepper while stirring.
Put
in a 1 1/2 to 2 gallon pot. Add tomatoes, jalapenos, onion and 1/2 gallon water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer
for
3
hours.
Add
salt
and
pepper to taste.
Add pinto
beans.
Refrigerate\tovernight to allow the oil to float to the top.
Remove oil, heat and serve.
