Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices toast
    1/4 c. soft butter
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. cheese
    3 slightly beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Spread toast with butter and cut each slice in 4 pieces. Alternate layers of bread and cheese in greased baking dish, ending top layer with cheese.
    Combine milk, eggs and seasonings to pour over bread and cheese.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
