Scalloped Corn With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) creamed corn
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. crackers, crushed
    3 tsp. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
    Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/4 cup cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper and put in a greased 1-quart casserole.
    Mix remaining cracker crumbs with 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
