Ting-A-Lings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/2 c. canned salted peanuts
    13 oz. can chow mein noodles
    candied cherries
Preparation
    Make several days ahead in double boiler over hot, not boiling water.
    Melt chocolate pieces.
    Stir in peanuts and noodles until they are well coated with chocolate.
    Drop by heaping teaspoons onto wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
    Top each with a 1/4 candied cherry.
    Refrigerate until served.
    If they soften when served, refrigerate again until firm.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
