Poppy Seed Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    3 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/3 c. poppy seed
    1/2 c. oatmeal
Preparation
    Beat the wet ingredients.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Beat in dry ingredients.
    Pour into 3 loaf pans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for at least 1 hour.
