Nonfat Sweetened Condensed Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 4-cup glass measure or bowl, mix dry milk and water until smooth.
    Stir in sugar and vanilla.
    Microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until heated but not boiling. Makes 1 1/3 cups, equal to 1 (14 ounce) can.
