Crock-Pot Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) round steak
    1/2 to 1 c. flour to coat
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. water
    1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces.
    Dredge in flour.
    Beat with meat mallet.
    Brown meat in iron skillet in oil.
    Place browned meat in crock-pot.
    Add salt, pepper, soup and water.
    Set on low.
    Let cook all day while you are at work.
