New England Boiled Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small potatoes, peeled
    4 small white onions, peeled
    4 carrots, pared
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    watercress
Preparation
    In saucepan in enough boiling, salted water to cover, cook potatoes, onions and carrots, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
    Meanwhile, open corned beef.
    Break it into large chunks.
    Place in strainer.
    Rest the strainer on top of saucepan. Cover strainer.
    Heat about 10 minutes.
