Coconut Pecan Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla.
Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens, about 12 minutes.
Remove from heat; add coconut and pecans.
Let cool before frosting cake.
