Sausage Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 lb. bulk sausage, fried, crumbled and drained
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    garlic (2 cloves), chopped
    1/2 lb. chicken livers, sauteed (optional)
    1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until rice absorbs liquid.
    Serve with French bread topped with garlic butter, Italian seasoning, Mozzarella cheese and broiled to melt cheese.
