Spinach With Yoghurt Arab Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 lb. cooked, chopped spinach (2 lb. fresh spinach)
    Ghee or butter
    2/3 c. yoghurt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean, cook and chop spinach.
    Squeeze out excess moisture. Cook the onion in ghee or butter for one minute.
    Add the cooked spinach and stir to mix.
    Warm it through.
    Mix the yogurt, garlic and cinnamon in a bowl; add the spinach and onion.
    Stir everything together.
    Taste and adjust seasoning.
    Serve cold.
