Strawberry Sour Cream Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple plus juice
    2 ripe bananas, crushed
    1 pt. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in fruit.
    Pour half of this mixture into a 9 x 9-inch or 6 x 10-inch pan.
    Chill until set.
    Keep the rest of the gelatin at room temperature.
    Cover set gelatin with sour cream, then with the rest of gelatin.
    Chill until set.
