Pina Colada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving) Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 Tbsp. rum
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated lime rind
    18 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. coconut
    1 graham cracker pie shell
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Take instant pudding, add sour cream, rum, sugar and lime rind. Mix and fold in pineapple and coconut.
    Top with whipped cream after refrigerated.
