Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 scant c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt

Preparation

Roll batter out and line pan.
Peel apples and place on top of batter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
