Scratch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. water
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake in a sheet cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
