Crunchy Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups stiff mashed potatoes
2 cups finely chopped ham
1 cup shredded cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2-4 Tbsp. flour
1 3/4 cups crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Combine the first seven ingredients and mix well.
Add enough flour to make it stiff.
Chill and then shape into balls and roll in corn flakes.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot.
