Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bread, crumbled
    2 lb. sausage
    8 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste (put on before cheese)
Preparation
    Grease pan.
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with bread crumbs.
    Brown sausage; drain and spread over bread.
    Beat eggs.
    Add soup, milk and seasoning.
    Mix and pour over sausage.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
