Dinner In A Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 cut medium onion
    1 c. rice
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour chops.
    Brown chops on each side in oil.
    Use a cast-iron skillet if possible.
    Add onion and tomatoes.
    Sprinkle rice around chops.
    Cover with a tight lid and cook 1 hour on low heat.
    Check occasionally to see that the heat is not too high.
    You may have to add a little water if it gets too dry.
