Lazy Daisy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla on high until thick and lemon colored, about 4 minutes.
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Beat on low just until combined.
    Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan, until butter melts.
    Add to butter and beat thoroughly.
    (The batter is thin.)
    Pour into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until cake is done.
    Cool lightly.
