Strawberry Champagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate (undiluted), thawed
    1/3 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    2 c. crushed ice
    1 (25.4 oz.) bottle pink champagne, chilled
Preparation
    Combine strawberries and lemonade in container of an electric blender.
    Top with cover and process until smooth and thickened. To serve, combine strawberry mixture and champagne in a large pitcher or punch bowl.
    Stir well.
    Serve immediately.
    Yields 7 1/2 cups.
