Foil Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef pot roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place meat on 30 x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place meat on foil.
    Sprinkle dry soup over top of meat.
    Spread mushroom soup over dry topping.
    Fold foil over meat, sealing securely.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Serves 8 to 10.
