Hot Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 large onion
salt and black pepper
1 carrot, shredded
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or enough to hold together
Preparation

Grate cabbage.
Chop onion.
Shred carrot.
Mix cabbage, onion and carrot.
Add mayonnaise, salt and a lot of black pepper.
Mix well.
Refrigerate.
