Fried Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. shortening
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can Pet milk
choice of pie fillings (chocolate pudding, canned pie filling)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients (except filling). Mix with hands until dough no longer sticks to them. Roll into balls slightly larger than walnut. Roll out thin. Place spoonful of filling in center. Fold over and seal edge. (Dab with water and press firmly together.)
