Cheesy Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
    1 c. hot water
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can whole tomatoes (undrained)
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook and stir beef over medium high heat until brown; drain.
    Mix beef and remaining ingredients, except cheese, in ungreased 2-quart casserole.
    Break up tomatoes. Bake, uncovered, until potatoes are tender, 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
