Baking Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. water
    1 c. softened shortening
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat
    shortening, sugars, vanilla, water and eggs until light and
    fluffy.
    Mix
    flour
    with soda and salt in separate bowl, then
    blend
    in
    shortening
    mixture.
    Stir
    in nuts and chips. Drop
    2-inches apart from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake
    in
    preheated
    375\u00b0 oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 8 dozen.
