Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can creamed chicken soup mix
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Brown the chopped onion with the 1/2 stick of margarine.
    Add chicken soup and milk, mixed together.
    Add grated Cheddar cheese; add salt.
    Combine this mixture with the hash brown potatoes; stir together.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle crushed corn flakes stirred in melted butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Do not cover.
