Clear Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot water
    1 Tbsp. instant bouillon
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    6 mushrooms
    6 thin lemon slices
    6 parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Mix water, bouillon and soy sauce in 4 cup measure.
    Microwave uncovered on High heat (100%) to boiling, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Slice mushrooms into 6 small bowls.
    Add lemon slices and broth. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
