Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten with a spoon
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. tart apples, sliced
    1 c. pecans (bit and pieces)
Preparation
    Stir together the first 5 ingredients.
    Add apples and pecans (more if desired).
    Mixture will be very thick and stiff.
    Pour and spoon into 10 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
