Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
-
Brown sausage; pour off grease.
Add chopped onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage and simmer until tender.
Wash rice and add to mixture in Pyrex baking dish along with the soup. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Stir occasionally.
