Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix until consistency of peas.
    Beat one egg and add 1 teaspoon of vinegar.
    Add enough cold water to make 1/2 cup of liquid.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Roll out with alot of flour. Makes 2 crusts.
