Super Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. boiling water or scalded milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Melt shortening in milk; add eggs, sugar, salt, water and yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup water and flour.
Knead and let rise. Make into rolls and let rise again.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. If used for dinner rolls, omit 1/4 cup sugar.
