Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices buttered bread
1 1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. grated American cheese
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
Preparation

Cut buttered bread into cubes and place in a buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
Cook sausage, drain and spread over bread cubes. Place grated cheese on top of sausage.
Beat eggs and add half and half.
Pour this over cheese.
Let set overnight.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325\u00b0.
